Description

This task requires access to TimeClock Plus and TimeClock Tech Assistance QuestionPro forms for missed punch information.

This process explains how to find which employees had missed punches within a pay period and then utilize this information to further correct TimeClock. Do this task the Monday before Payroll.

Process

  1. Go to HOURS in the green bar on the top left
  2. Go to Group Hours
  3. Add the dates in the start and stop dates
  4. Click on Exception Filter
  5. Check Missed Punches 
  6. Click Filter
  7. Displayed will be a list of employees who have had missed punches within the time period

Additional Information

Utilize the information:

  1. From here, check email for missed punch QuestionPro forms within the time period and compare to TimeClock to find which employees have not yet filled out a missed punch form
  2. Contact the employees and notify them to fill out the missed punch form by a TBD due date before Payroll is conducted.
