Description
This task requires access to TimeClock Plus and TimeClock Tech Assistance QuestionPro forms for missed punch information.
This process explains how to find which employees had missed punches within a pay period and then utilize this information to further correct TimeClock. Do this task the Monday before Payroll.
Process
- Go to HOURS in the green bar on the top left
- Go to Group Hours
- Add the dates in the start and stop dates
- Click on Exception Filter
- Check Missed Punches 
- Click Filter
- Displayed will be a list of employees who have had missed punches within the time period
Additional Information
Utilize the information:
- From here, check email for missed punch QuestionPro forms within the time period and compare to TimeClock to find which employees have not yet filled out a missed punch form
- Contact the employees and notify them to fill out the missed punch form by a TBD due date before Payroll is conducted.
